The LEDES 1998BI format is an extension of the popular LEDES 1998B format.
It keeps all of the same information as 1998B and adds additional fields for international billing and for handling taxes. The only additional requirement for this format over the 1998B format is that the Client you are billing have its TAX ID specified.
