We’ve got a new feature for our users that has just been launched. You now have the ability to reorder invoice line items any way you wish. We’ve added a link at the bottom of your invoice line items that allows you to quickly sort the line items by item date (click twice to change the order to descending). This is the most common way of ordering your invoice, but what about cases where you want to reorder items that have the same item date? It’s easy!
Simply click and hold on a line item you wish to move, just not within a field, then drag up or down to move it. When you start to drag it you will see a handy guide appear as a placeholder line (shown in green) in the invoice that will help you land the item right where you want to.
